We’re delighted to announce that we've been named Employer of the Year in the 2015 Guernsey Awards for Achievement.
The awards are in their 30th year and celebrate business success on the island, with six different award categories.
Our employees are truly at the centre of everything we do and we certainly wouldn’t be the company we are without them. Having this recognised is a pretty wonderful feeling.
Mike Leonard, Group Deputy CEO, said: “The whole process of applying for the award has given us a great opportunity to pull together as a team, and the whole team is incredibly happy with our victory - the delight on the faces of the team members who attended the awards ceremony said it all.
